A History of Quality...
Established in July, 1997, Cadwell Lawn Care & Landscaping, Incorporated has provided services in commercial and residential landscaping, lawn care and in snow removal for the past twelve years.

Major landscaping projects we have accomplished include the trees and landscape in the three entrances to Maplewood Mall (accomplished in 2002), along White Bear Avenue. In addition, we have performed several renovation projects in other areas of Maplewood Mall and we renovated the landscapes for five of the business complexes that are owned and operated by Klodt Companies, Inc.
Most of our work has been in the Twin Cities Metro and our goal is to become more established on the Wisconsin side of the river. Remaining competitive with the current trends and cost of fuel is a major driver in that decision.
In addition to landscaping, we offer full service lawn maintenance to commercial and residential customers.

Cadwell Lawn Care & Landscaping is owned and operated by Charles (Chuck) Cadwell and Janet Cadwell. The President of the company is Janet Cadwell and Chuck is the Vice President. As such, we are considered a minority-owned company. Chuck is a retired Naval Officer and a veteran.
All of our landscaping staff have been certified through the ICPI for paver installation and have worked with products such as Versa-Lok, Key Stone, County Block, Anchor Block and Interlock. We routinely receive referrals from Gertens, as well as our list of clients. We are members of the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau and MNLA. We are insured with Western National Insurance Company and our agent is The Service Agency located in Ellsworth, Wisconsin.
